Shrimp Ceviche Tostada and #giveaway #SauceOn #CollectiveBias

In our house we love sea food and one of our favorite recipes is Shrimp Ceviche. I try to prepare it as often as I can because it is easy to make and it is healthy. We also love spicy food, however some of the hot sauces available in the market have a vinegar taste, in most times my son asks me not to put any hot sauce in the food.

But if you know anything about cooking, you know that a good Shrimp Ceviche has to be spicy. So I was really happy when I finally found a hot sauce that taste like homemade and it is affordable. 

Since we are shopping for back to school supplies, I took a trip to Walmart and  after buying notebooks and pencils I found El Yucateco sauces at the Latin Food aisle, so I guess we will having some back to school dinner celebration with Shrimp Ceviche and avocado.

El Yucateco hot sauce has an authentic mexican flavor. It is bold and spicy and it is great with so many foods. Just imagine that you can add it to every day recipes to create a new latino flavor dish. It would be a great addition during breakfast time to any burrito, chilaquiles or even an omelet. My son asked me to add it to our chicken rice and it really made a great difference on the taste. We are going to try some hot wings next, because with 4 different flavors available the possibilities are endless.
