You have seen this recipe all over TikTok. It is a easy way to make some "sushi" at home, and it is delicious. Very simple recipe that has become a staple at our home for dinners, when I do not feel like cooking a lot, because let's be honest, it only takes like 30minutes total to prepare it, and doesn't require a lot of cleaning afterwards.

In celebration for the release of of the Encanto Blu-Ray we decided to make Arepas con queso. I grew up in Colombia eating these delicious arepas. You can eat them by themselves, just spread some butter on top of the, or you can eat them with meats or veggies on top of them.

One of our holiday traditions is to make a Disney inspired breakfast for the holidays. This year we decided to make a Christmas Tree with Mickey shaped waffles. It was not only cute but delicious and so easy to prepare.
