 Last week was my son's first day of classes at the local College. A super important reason to celebrate. You read that right, my 13 year old is taking classes at College. We asked him to pick a place to have dinner and celebrate and he chose Islands Restaurants.

At the Del Amo Fashion Center you can find pretty much anything you need for back to school shopping. With more than than 200 retailers, multiple full-service restaurants, a fitness center, and an AMC Theatres multiplex; it is one of the largest shopping malls in the United States.

I am getting a few movies ready to watch with my sister in love when she visits in a couple of months. Adding to my list Book Club because it was funny and entertaining. I am so glad I got the DVD to review and share the contents with all of you.
Summer is almost over but the hot temperatures are still here. I live in Southern California, when the weather is always nice (well, almost always). We are cooling off from the heat with delicious frozen yogurt from Yogurtland. They were nice enough to let us taste their new flavors so we can share with you.
