Universal Studios Hollywood is offering complimentary “Ghoulish Glam” makeovers to guests attending this year’s Halloween Horror Nights. The makeovers, courtesy of Sephora (which opened at Universal CityWalk earlier this year) and Universal CityWalk, are free of charge and take only 15 minutes to apply.
