El dúo Urbano/Pop de Puerto Rico, Dominio Saints, lanza el estreno de su video Malas Mañas. El video fue filmado en la ciudad de Las Vegas, un lugar que sin duda alguna se puede identificar con las Malas Mañas para muchas personas. Con un ritmo tropical, una combinación de español e Ingles, la canción esta perfecta para mover las caderas y por seguro será un éxito en las emisoras. Domino Saints ha estado haciendo música desde el 2007. Su estilo musical es una mezcla de Dance, Reggae, Hip Hop y música electrónica con un toque tropical. El video está disponible en You Tube

It was a very busy week at work. Almost every day 9 to 10 hours at the office. I feel really tired and the housework has been piling up. I did however squeeze time for a nightly walk. And even thought I also worked during the weekend and I am today stuck here with lots of laundry and things to do, I am still going out for a walk
I also had fun and went out for concerts. Latin music concert means lots of dancing and jumping so that helped my exercise this week. I managed to drink a lot of water and I am very happy about that. Goals for the week are continue walking and exercise with some zumba at home and also continue with the water intake. Want to wish all the mamavation applicants good luck. Back to school and thinking how to make my son's lunches appealing. I am a very new at #Bento but at least my son loves them.
