- 2 lbs cooked shrimp
- ¾ cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- ½ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 avocado (diced)
- Cut shrimp into small pieces and mix with the lime juice. Let stand for about 10 minutes. Then mix in the tomatoes, onion and cilantro. Cover and let it set on the refrigerator for around 30 minutes
- Add the ketchup, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Mix in the avocado.
- Serve with tortilla chips or saltine crackers.
