If you are hosting Thanksgiving this year, or if you are assigned to take a dish for a potluck style Thanksgiving, I have a few recipes for you. Impress everyone with healthy, delicious, and well presented recipes inspired by the movie Frozen.
Last month I attended the Dole Fall Blogger Summit Celebrating Disney’s Frozen 2 coming to theaters this Friday November 22nd. We had a hands on cooking class to prepare a few recipes. Now I have for you the whole Thanksgiving menu inspired by the movie. Melanie Marcus, MA, RD, Dole’s Nutrition and Health Communications Manager, has released a new set of vegan, gluten-fee, low-sodium and lean-protein recipes themed to Elsa, Anna, Olaf and Arendelle itself for Disney fans wanting to make it a “Frozen” (or freeze-it-in-advance) Thanksgiving. The menu has the following dishes:
Let me remind you that millions of DOLE® Bananas and Pineapples featuring images of Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Sven and Kristoff in the produce departments of supermarkets throughout the U.S. and Canada. Starting today, Disney and Dole fans can participate in the DOLE® Banana Sticker Peel and Play Game by downloading the official activity sheet on www.dole.com/Disney and collecting the entire blizzard of 20 Disney’s Frozen 2-inspired stickers on DOLE Bananas across North America.

I'm always looking for great vegan recipes, so I'm excited that you shared a couple! And I think I might be able to convert a few of the other ones into vegan dishes as well.
