It was 1991, I was still living in Colombia and enjoying going to the movies with my friends. The memories that are saved on my heart forever come to live when I remember watching The Beauty and the Beast cartoon version on the big screen. Some of the friends I watched the movie with are not with us anymore and after The Lion King this is my favorite Disney movie.

Now that you now that we are super big fans of the movie, you will understand why we are having a viewing party in celebration of the Blu-Ray DVD combo available on June 6th, 2017. We decided to stay away of our delicious Beauty and the Beast cupcakes and go for a healthier recipe this time.
