Are you up for a water challenge?

Summer is almost here, and hot temperatures start showing up on the weather forecast. We need to stay hydrated and it is even most important if you are doing any type of exercise. So Fitnessbusted by Gillian Stephen and My Life is a Journey want to challenge you this month to

1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day: use the downloadable tracking log (just click on the picture to get a PDF that you can download)
2. Be active for at least 30 minutes everyday: Walk, run, do a workout DVD. Choose anything you like and commit to be active everyday.
