White Chocolate Easter Bunny Face Cocoa Bombs

Easter is just around the corner and we know the weather can be still a little cold. How about adding a cute Easter hot chocolate bomb to your little ones Easter Basket? Cute and fun, these hot chocolate bombs will make a delicious Easter treat for everyone.

Ingredients

8 oz white vanilla flavored candy melts
6 tbsp hot cocoa
½ cup mini marshmallows
Bunny Mold
Microwave safe bowl, spoon or large pastry brush, tablespoon

Preparation

Place a large plate into the freezer.
Pour candy melts into a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 second intervals, until fully melted. Stir well between each heating session.
Using a spoon or large pastry brush, coat each of the mold cavities with the melted candy. Place into the freezer for 5 minutes, and repeat to add another coat of melted candy, then chill for an additional 5 minutes.
Add one tablespoon of hot cocoa mix to each bunny mold, and a few marshmallows until you reach almost the top of the mold.
Fill remainder of each mold cavity with melted candy and chill for 5 minutes in the freezer.
To use, place bomb in mug and pour 6 oz of hot milk over it, Stir and enjoy!

Those bunnies are a great project and the kids will love them for Easter. I have older kids but my nieces and nephews would have a great time eating those cute molds.

Oh wow, an Easter bunny hot chocolate bomb!?! That's pretty amazing and creative. I've seen a lot of the ones that are just in a ball, so this is kind of cool and different to see.
