Are you looking for the perfect car for your family but do not know where to start at? Here is a super simple guide with 5 very different vehicles, so you can decide which one fits your family needs. I was invited to attend a car event in Malibu by the fabulous @MotorHeadMama. She put together an event with a few car brands. The objective was for the brands to meet with the influencers during the day and for the influencers to learn more about the cars. It was a super fun event. The best part is that I got to see and test drive the cars and now I get to tell you a few things about them, so if you are on the market for a new car, continue reading and find out which car is right for your family 2020 Jeep Gladiator Overland 4x4Are you the family that love adventures, taking the car off road for the sand dunes? Do you have a small boat you take to the lake? You like to go camping a lot? This is the car for you. It comes with safety features, and it has storage under the back seats. It also has a removable speaker in case you need your music when camping. It drives nicely. Has enough horse power but it is kind of quiet for all that power. It is the first open-air pickup truck, however it keeps most of the cool Jeep features every one loves. Meaning, it has a fold down windshield, removable doors, and removable hard top. Base price is around 40k and it has good MPG. 22 in highway and 17 in the city with an average of 19 MPG. Convertible MustangI can picture myself driving this down the coast during the warm weather months here in SoCal. Great car for a smaller family or for the "fun" car for dad or mom. The sound of that motor makes you feel like if you are in a Formula One race. It is so nice. Off course it comes with all the cool safety features. It has base price of 44k and it does 24 MPG in highway and 15 in the city for an average of 18 MPG 2019 Jetta GLI 2.oT AutobahnThis is a great family car. In the front it has 4 emergency breaking system with pedestrian detection, on the sides has blind spot, lane departure warning, and lane departure prevention and on the back it has rear braking safety. The coolest option was the Pro-pilot assist: a hands-on driving assistant designed to help drivers during long highway trips and the stop and go traffic of your daily commute. Using a front radar sensor and a front-facing camera located behind the rear-view mirror, it can maintain a gap with the car in front of you at a preset distance and help to keep the vehicle centered during single lane driving, even on slight curves. It also includes a stop and hold function that can bring the vehicle to a full stop, hold in place and can bring you back up to speed when traffic starts moving again. The base price is 32k and has amazing MPG: 36 in highway, 26 in the city for an average of 30 MPG 2019 Volvo S60 T6 AWD SedanGreat family car with great trunk space for groceries, suit cases and even a stroller. Off course it comes with most safety features and drives really smooth. I loved the stereo sound. Imagine driving down the coast listening to good music, even if stuck in traffic. Seats were really comfortable too. Gas mileage is 32 on highway, 21 in the city with an average of 25, which it is really good for driving around in Los Angeles area. To be honest, I would had a hard time choosing because all of them would be ideal for different days of our lives. Which one is your family favorite?
