Netflix's new inspirational movie is based on a true story of a horse rodeo rider who came back after a terrible car accident that left her paralyzed.
Walk Ride Rodeo March 8 on Netflix
About the movie
Netflix’s Walk. Ride. Rodeo is an emotional film about Amberley Snyder (Spencer Locke), who defied odds and became the first paraplegic barrel racer after she was paralyzed for life in a car accident, that shares the message that if you set goals for yourself and chase after your dreams, you can overcome any hardship.
Watch a trailer
I decided to have a viewing party. I love sharing movies like this with my son. The acting might not be the best, I am going to be honest, but since it is a movie that is based on a real story, it is a great family film. So many good messages of motivation and never giving up. For sure something you want your kids to learn.
First we grabbed some snacks. Normally we only get unhealthy snacks for movies when we go our to the theater, but I wanted our party to feel like we were at the theater, so lots of junk. It was great, because the movie has some very emotional moments, and the chips were great comfort food at those moments
One of my favorite moments of the movie. Such a great message: "We don't always get to choose to happens to us, but we do get to choose what we do next. So powerful and inspirational.!
Head over to Netflix and watch Walk Ride Rodeo, you will not be disappointed you did
