Disneyland has done it again. They just released the cutest, prettiest and adorable food and souvenirs for the new celebration taking place from April 13th to September 3rd, 2018, Pixar Fest.
I was having Disneyland withdrawals, so I headed to explore Pixar Fest and celebrate friendship to Infinity and Beyond and also to try some of the delicious food available to share here with you. I will go later to try the salty food. This post is about cute souvenirs and sweet treats. I do hope that calories do not count at Disneyland!
Sweet Treats
If you are looking for sweet treats, Pixar Fest have you covered. There are so many cute and delicious options to choose from. They all make great Instagram pictures too. Here is a list of our favorites:
Alien Macaron ($5.99): blueberry and lemon filling. Available at Alien Pizza Planet, Disneyland. The Macaron is delicious and not too sweet compared to other macarons. I saw the purple filling and did not realize it has lemon custard on it as well. So If you do not love lemon, do not get this macaron.
Alien Blackberry Lime Parfait ($5.99). Available at Alien Pizza Planet, Disneyland. Although it has lime on it, it does not tastes like it. It has a lot of frosting on it and the eyes are hard chocolate. The blackberry jelly is delicious.
Pixar Lemon-Raspberry Cake (5.99): layers of lemon, blue vanilla, and red velvet sponge cakes with raspberry purée and cream cheese frosting and is topped with a chocolate half-dome featuring the Pixar Ball.
Pixar Fest Slushie (Unofficial menu item. Just ask for a with all the flavors layered together to match the Pixar Fest colors). Available at Goofy's Glaciers inside Candy Palace at Disneyland. You can ask them to use the colors to match the aliens as well!
Pixar Fest Drink at Cove Bar ($4.99) (non alcoholic and straw is not included). Mango with passion fruit puree, and pineapple puree. A very refreshing smoothie. Great to share with the kids. I asked if they had a version with alcohol
Pixar Luxo Ball Cake Pops (vanilla flavor) available at Candy Palace on Main Street in Disneyland. It is vanilla flavor. Finally a cake pop that my son will eat. He is not a chocolate lover, I know, weird for a kid. So this cake pop that it is vanilla was perfect for him.
Souvenirs
Sully popcorn bucket ($20). Available at most popcorn carts in both parks.
Mike Wazowski premium sipper ($15.99). Available at most refreshment carts in both parks.
Pixar Luxo Lamp Straw (5.99). I got mine at The Cove bar but you can also find them at other food locations in Disney California Adventure. Note that the Cove Bar will be closing on May 26th.
Ratatouille Remy Spoon/Straw (5.99). You can buy this at the Plaza Inn and also at Cafe Orleans but here only if you dine in there. It is super cute and will be so useful for our home-made ice cream floats.
Little Green Alien Straw and Backpack Clip ($5.99). Available at Alien Pizza Planet. This straw is so cute. The claw is attached to the neck of the alien, like in the game.
Little Green Alien Light-up Tumbler ($14.99). So cute and it sells out quick, at least for the day. I am so happy I was able to grab one.
Interchangeable Jessie Bow ($16.99): Disney released a couple of months ago ears with interchangeable bows. For Pixar Fest they released 4 bows (Finding Dory, UP, Monster’s Inc, and Toy Story). They are all really cute but we decided to choose the Jessie one. (Faux leather, and denim. The smaller red ribbon is completed with rawhide like lacing just like Jessie’s hat! The center is a swath of cow spotted fabric, that looks like Jessie's pants.)
Things you should not miss
Although this post is meant to cover the food and souvenirs that you will find during Pixar Fest, I feel have to mention some things you can do while enjoying some of the delicious food:

I kind of want them all. Growing up, I probably watched Monsters Inc more times than other Disney Movies. To this day it is one of my favorites. I would love to try one of the Toy Story alien cookies.

OMG this is so cool! I love Pixar movies so this kind of fest will suit me just fine (other than my nephew and nieces). I would absolutely love to be a part of this!
