Tips to enjoy the recently renovated Soak City

Now that the weather is getting warmer, you need to head to Soak City to keep cool by the pool. The recently remodeled park debuts two water slide towers featuring a total of seven new exhilarating attractions geared for families and thrill seekers. 

New Slides!

Knott's Soak City Waterpark debuts a 2-acre park expansion, thrilling new slides, a renovated dining location and much more!

​Shore Break

It is a single rider slide where you will feel adrenaline rushing through your body as you get on an aqua launch chamber and the floor below you open and drops you on a high speed free fall down a 60 foot tall slide, with drops and loops. ​

​Shore Break also features dueling tube slides that zip riders through an enchanting series of drops and turns.

The Wedge

​The Wedge slide tower is an open-air family raft ride. Up to six guests at a time descend down navigating twists and turns and surprise drops.

Things to know so you can enjoy your day at Soak City

• The park has attractions for the whole family, from a fun zone special for the little ones, to the thrill slides for the adventurous.
• The park has a good number of inner tubes and life jackets, for all ages and their use is free. If you want to have your own inner tube you can rent them for a nominal fee. The free ones do run out when the park is busy.
• You can take umbrellas that do not exceed the meter and a half of diameter.
• You cannot bring food into the park. (Unopened water bottles, baby food and food for guests with special dietary restrictions are permitted). There are several fast food outlets inside the park, and there are ​​tables under the shade of trees just walking distance from the main entrance.
• Try the new food dishes at Longboard's Grill: Chicken tenders, hot dogs, fish and chips and more.
• Knott's Soak City has ample parking, which costs $ 18 for cars and $ 23 for large vehicles such as caravans or buses.
• All Day Locker rentals are available for a nominal fee and come in a variety of sizes.
• To make the most of the season, you can buy the pass so that you can attend every week (or every day if you live near by)
• Do not forget to bring towels, sunscreen, hats, sandals, sunglasses and be ready to have lots of fun.
