LEGOLAND® California Resort transforms into a monster mash bash for the ultimate family fun during its Brick-or-Treat Party Nights Halloween celebration, presented by Disguise Costumes, every Saturday night (Sept. 29, Oct. 6, 13, 20, & 27) at 5 p.m. with more Park after dark! LEGOLAND® California‘s Halloween festivities is filled with sweeter treats, exciting entertainment and not-so-spooky thrills.
LEGOLAND® annual Halloween celebration, Brick or Treat Party Nights is a spooktacular family friendly nighttime. The event takes place every Saturday night starting at the end of September until Halloween. You can arrive as early as 4 pm and you are going to need a wristband to take part of the event.
We were so lucky to get an invitation to the media night to facilitate this post. Although my son is getting older, he still enjoy some of the activities and off course he loves shopping at the Lego Store inside the park.
1. Get there early
The park is open for the day and you can get deals online to enjoy the park during the day and then stay later for the Brick or Treat party. Remember to stay past 5 p.m., wristbands are required.
We started the night at the LEGOLAND® Sea Life Aquarium. After walking through the exhibits in the Aquarium, which are also decorated for Halloween you can head towards the main park. After the Aquarium you can pick up their treat bags to “Brick or Treat” at various stations located throughout the Park. 2. Enjoy the Halloween decorations
LEGOLAND® does such nice job of decorating for Halloween. Make sure not to miss the LEGO pumpkin patch building activity. The Coast Cruise transformed into the Ghost Cruise, a Halloween twist complete with tiny LEGO ghosts placed throughout the ride.
3. Wear your costume
Both kids and adults can wear costumes and go Brick or Treat around the park. Kids can also enter the Costume contest. We love seeing the original costumes and seeing the smiles of the kids as you tell them how adorable they look.
4. Enjoy the musical entertainment
It is a party after all. We normally enjoy rides and attractions early in the day and take part of the activities that are unique to the Halloween party. You only have a few hours to enjoy the party. We even eat a big meal before the Brick or Treat starts so we can actually enjoy all the stations, decorations and musical performances.
5. Enjoy the character meet and greets
Lego figures are usually available during the day to take pictures. Just image those Lego figures in costumes? Even better, right? They are all over the park, so slow down and take a picture with them
6. Be patient at the treat stations
It gets crowded. So be prepared to make lines at the Brick or Treat stations. There is usually an employee with a sign that tells you where the end of the line is at and what treat they have. Some stations have collectible Lego pieces worth the line. Although lines look long they do move fast.

I wish they had this during the week. With soccer games is hard to go to Legoland on a Saturday.

That is great. I love that the parks are open until a later time. We are going to play for the day and then brick or treat for the night
