The Orphaned Earring & Girl Scouts Partnership: For the Love of Life #4LoveOfLife

It’s important to teach children at a young age the importance of doing good, paying it forward and sometimes even putting others before themselves. It shapes them to be responsible, caring and compassionate human beings, and they will lead the world.

That’s why The Orphaned Earring is happy to team up with the Culver City Girls Scouts and inspire each girl to make a difference. During Girl Scout cookie season, the Culver City Girl Scouts will be working hard to earn their Girl Scout Bronze award, a leadership adventure and the highest honor a Girl Scout Junior can achieve. The troop plans and complete a project where they will develop more confidence, meet new people, and have the kind of fun that happens when they work with other Girl Scouts and their community and together BE the difference.

For their Bronze Award project, the Culver City Troop has joined our #4LoveOfLife program conducted every year during the month of February to celebrate LOVE. The girls will make and sell bracelets to provide 90 orphan girls in Guatemala a school uniform, school supplies and cover other immediate needs.

Let’s give the Girl Scout Junior Troop 5635 in Culver City a shout-out for the amazing and selfless work they’re doing and celebrate how new generations are learning to DO GOOD!
