The Help Group to Host Free Autism Events for Thousands of LA Families

During Autism Acceptance Month this month, The Help Group, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit agency dedicated to serving families and individuals with special needs, is hosting several community gatherings for thousands of LA-based families, free of charge!

The first event is a very special art show that showcases the incredible artwork from special needs students taking place this Sunday, April 14th, 12-3 pm, at the Brad Buckmman Photography Studio in Burbank. "I See the World, The World Sees Me" celebrates neurodiversity through three captivating exhibitions highlighting over 150 paintings, innovative 3D art, and more. https://thg-art-show.eventbrite.com
 
In addition to the art show, The Help Group will be hosting a live webcast titled “Rethinking Potential for Autistic Youth” on Wednesday, April 17th.  Renowned autism expert, Dr. Laurie Stephens, will explore how we define potential in autism. Finally, The Help Group will be hosting its 11th Annual Special Needs Resource Fair on Sunday, April 28th, 11am – 2pm at the Autism Center - 13164 Burbank Blvd, Sherman Oaks.
