You know you are for a good treat when you are invited to join a group of blogger friends at Tempo Urban Kitchen and your food is going to be prepared by an amazing Chef that you have seen several times at the Food Network. But once you find out that you will be having your meal cooked by 3 awesome chefs instead, your palate will be wowed by all the yummy food that they can create.
Something I loved about the place was the decorations. Classy and stylish. I also loved the concept of the food they offer. It is not something you would find anywhere else and they are committed to use fresh and sustainable ingredients
We started the night with the Mango Serrano Infused Margarita with a Tajin rim. It was the perfect combination of spicy flavors with just the right amount of sweet mango on it.
Next on the menu was created by the awesome chef Chris Tzorin. His plate was the Marinated Grill Octopus. Prepared with guajillo chili oil, Serrano sauce, chipotle mayo, lime cream and micro-greens. It was really tender and delicious.
After that and while we enjoyed great conversations and laughed a lot, we got to try the Deconstructed Korean Taco prepared by Chef Jorge Cueva Estrella. This dish is made with braised pork belly, tortilla puree and fresh coriander. It is topped with cilantro and garnished with sliced mango rolls. It was a great combination of flavors and the pork tasted really, really good.
To finish the entrees we got to try the Sous Vide Short Ribs. They were prepared by chef Salvador Carrillo. He cooked the ribs for around 30 hours so they could be soft and taste. The dish is prepared with the meet juice, vegan caviar, beet marmalade and served with carrots wrapped in a homemade New York Serrano ham. The fusion of flavors here was amazing.
To finish the night, we got a sweet treat. Liquid nitrogen ice cream made by your table. What a fun experience seeing the ice cream just go from liquid to solid and enjoying it right away. I am pretty sure kids will love this.
They are closed on Mondays but they are open any other day. They have a great menu and they have brunch on weekends with sangria y micheladas, so you might want to check them out.

All looks so good. I am looking for a place to take my mom for mothers day and I might just take her here for brunch
