We were invited by Aquatica San Diego to enjoy a day in the park. All opinions, grammatical errors and typos are my own.
As the temperatures rise and the days get warmer and warmer, we are all looking for ways to keep the kids entertained for the end of summer before classes start all over again.
Although we love SeaWorld, we have never been at their water park in San Diego. A group of friends and I, decided to pack the cars for a road trip and head towards San Diego for an end of summer adventure at Aquatica San Diego. We arrived to park early to avoid the crowds. They do offer the Quick Queue that allows to you skip the long lines in some of the rides for an additional fee, which I recommend buying if you are visiting on weekends, so the kids can enjoy all the slides.
Treat your self and your family and book a private poolside cabana. The cabanas include Rental includes access to the Cabana Resort Pool and private access to Loggerhead Lane. An exclusive welcome basket, mini-fridge, 4 bottled waters, a locker at your cabana, free Wi-Fi access.
The cabana wrist band also grant you access to a private entrance to the Loggerhead lane or lazy river, so you don’t have to waist time waiting for a tube.
You also get food and beverage service available. They will come and take your order for food and drinks that way you don't have to worry about lines to feed the family.
Aquatica San Diego is open daily through Sept. 2; and weekends Sept. 7 through Oct. 6
