Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies

You probably saw these cookies all over Tik Tok and Instagram. They are soft and delicious and the best part is that you only need 3 ingredients to prepare them. They are great for any day, but since they are pink, they probably would be a great hit during Valentine's Day.

Ingredients

• 1 Box Strawberry Cake Mix
  
• 2 Eggs
  
• 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  

Preparation

1. Pre-heat oven 350 degrees.
   
2. Pour cake mix, eggs and oil into a large mixing bowl and combine.
   
3. On a non-stick or parchment paper lined baking sheet, place 1 Tbs sized batter balls onto the sheet. 
   
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
   
5. Transfer to cooking rack.
   
6. Serve & enjoy.
