Chia helps control hunger and anxiety by making you feel fuller for a longer period of time. 5 tablespoons of Chia seeds 4 sliced lemons 1 large pitcher of water Mix add the ingredients together and stir constantly for 2 minutes so the Chia seeds don't become blob balls. After the two minutes of mixing, leave the mix sit for five minutes so the Chia seeds can get hydrated and enlarged.
