Thank you Legoland for inviting us to enjoy the Splash Out Summer Event to facilitate this post. All opinions expressed are my own.
It is not every day that you get a water park almost just for yourself. We were invited to an exclusive event at Legoland Water Park to splash out for summer! The pools were not too crowded and despite the cold day they kids had a lot of fun.
It was our first time at Legoland Water Park and we were lucky enough to only share the park with 50 children and their families from the San Diego and Los Angeles Ronald McDonald chapters who got treated to an exclusive day at Legoland Water Park
We started our day with breakfast, music and an inauguration ceremony where Legoland California donated a generous $80,000 check to help the San Diego and Los Angeles chapters of the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
We also got a sneak peek of the newest California beach-themed area, Surfer’s Cove, that is opening on June 30, 2017. In Surfers’ Cove, kids will be able to race their friends at Riptide Racers timed water slides, enjoy an epic splash-ground at Wipe-out Lagoon and enjoy good food such beach street tacos at the renovated Beach Front Grill restaurant,
After the ceremony, we got some picture opportunities with the Legoland Characters and to the water we went. Not even the clouds stopped us from having fun at the pools and going down the slides on several occasions.
Legoland California's water park is officially open for business and starting May 26th the park will be open 7 days a week.

It definitely looks like it has been an amazing time out there. My daughter and I have been there a couple of times and we had a great time but we haven't done any of the water park stuff yet and we have wanted to. I hope we can do that soon.

We would love to visit LegoLand water park. This sounds like so much fun on a hot summer day. My kids have been askign to go on some water rides this year. Now that theyre a bit bigger, we'd love to check out this park. I think we're pretty close to this one!

LegoLand water park looks like such a wonderful place to spend an afternoon! I also love to support businesses that are as generous as they are. What an amazing gift to the Ronald McDonald house .. it's such a good cause.

This looks like such a fun adventure for our kids to do. I love that it is safe and kid friendly. When designing it they kept their audience in mind!

This is the second post I have read this week about Legoland , now I am so thrilled to soon visit this place. I am not a kid but young at heart so I guess I can use this excuse to come here and have fun. A friend of mine is planning to take her son to Legoland this summer and she is looking for some type of discounts and/or promotion. She would be excited once she read this post and browse some nice photos.
