Although I am still going to work every day at the hospital, I have noticed that during the weekends I really want to cook and prepare food, more than before this health crisis. I always rely on Smart & Final to find our favorite snacks and foods at a good price. When buying food I try to get the most of our ingredients and that is the reason I love following these 5 ingredients, because they are really versatile. 1. YogurtYou can just enjoying it by itself, with fruits, with granola. You can also prepare dips, guacamole, hummus, and even dressings. We usually buy either plain, vanilla flavor or strawberry, but you can get some of the other flavors available for a variety on flavors 2. BagelsWe love bagels because we can eat them for breakfast, but also for lunch or dinner. All depends of the toppings you use on them. Want the sweet flavors, then top them with jelly, peanut butter or Nutella. Do you want it savory? Then top them with cream cheese. Add some smoked salmon for a Lox Bagel. Add some avocado and egg for a delicious breakfast idea. You can even had pizza bagels if you melt cheese and pepperoni. 3. EggsEggs are good for recipes, but you can also make so many different dishes with them. Scrambled eggs or sunny side eggs for breakfast. Also a frittata or some huevos rancheros. You can also make egg salad, deviled eggs, and quiche. They are just great to eat as a simple boiled egg as a snack in the middle of the morning. 4. CheeseWe all know that a great snack that we love is string cheese, but there are so many other things you can use cheese for. As I type this, I am craving a grilled cheese sandwich, so that is another idea for cheese. You can also use cheese for your Charcuterie board and off course on a delicious quesadilla. 5. RiceWe eat white rice, spanish flavored rice. Rice and beans. We make paella, we make chicken rice, and even rice pudding. Once in a while we really enjoy some Mexican style rice, fried rice, and some delicious poke bowls. They even have cooked rice that you put in the microwave and can enjoy in just 90 seconds. One of the reasons we love shopping at Smart & Final is because we find all the ingredients we need for our recipes at a very reasonable price without the need of a membership. We have been enjoying seeing everyone's snack hacks on Twitter and Instagram and cannot wait to prepare some of the ideas we have seen with the #MySmartandFinal Also as a healthcare worker, I have to thank Smart & Final for providing hours for seniors and healthcare workers to shop and avoid lines.

I love all the ideas to use the yogurt, I normally only eat it with fruit
