Share your memories at Knott's with the FunPix program

We were invited to visit Knott's and learn about the FunPix card. All opinions expressed are my own

It was Spring Break and one of our favorite events was happening at Knott's Berry Farm. The Boysenberry Festival with all the food, shows and awesome rides the park has to offer. 

I headed to Knott’s Berry Farm on a busy Saturday with my son and a group of friends. The park was busy but thanks to the Fast Lane Pass we skipped the long lines in our favorite rides. We also had some extra free time to enjoy the delicious boysenberry food that was available due to the Boysenberry Festival.

One of the things I made sure to do this time, was to get a FunPix Card. The card allows you to have your picture taken by the photographers at the park and then you can share online with friends; you can get discounted prints and even some very cool souvenirs. The best part is that it allows me to be in the picture. Yes, you all moms out there know what I am talking about. You have plenty of pictures of your family, but you are always the one taking the picture. Now, you can be in the picture as well.

So how does the FunPix program works? It is really easy. 

You can buy a single day digital photo pass or if you are season pass holder you can buy an all season digital photo pass

The Single Day pass is $29.99 plus taxes and let you have unlimited pictures taken at the park with unlimited downloads. The pictures stay on your account for 30 days. You also get discount on prints and photo souvenirs.

The All Season Digital Photo Pass is available to Season Pass Holders for $29.99 plus taxes and gets you unlimited pictures taken and unlimited downloads for the whole season. It also gives you a discount on prints and souvenirs.

You can buy the FunPix online, at Knott's front gate or at the FunPix locations in the park.

You get a FunPix card (comes in a lanyard) with a QR code. You create an account online so later you can download the pictures.

When you are in the park, hand your card to any of the Knott's photographers. They will take a picture of your card before they take your picture. Just within minutes, the pictures will be available on your account and you can download them to your phone and share on your social media. If you have the Knott's application, the pictures can be found there too.


Some rides also allow you to download the picture. Just scan your code at the picture kiosk after the ride look for your picture and download it to you account.

Once the pictures are in your account you can download for free and you can order cool souvenirs. Remember you get a discount on your order.

All throughout the park you will see QR codes that allow you to download cool borders to add to your pictures.
