I received samples to facilitate this post. All opinions are my own. One of the things that has helped me relax during this health crisis and staying at home orders has been cooking. I have been using all the appliances I had bought long time ago and had storage in the cabinets. I have been looking for recipes and finding new things to make for the family. There is a company that I love, and I have been lucky to be able to partner with them for some campaigns. They offer fresh produce that you can find in some markets, but they also offer express delivery to your front door. Besides fruits and vegetables, they also have some sauces that are a necessity on each household. You can choose from either savory, sweet, or spicy, or all of them to create delicious recipes. Savory: Hollandaise sauceHollandaise means Holland-style or from Holland, though this buttery-smooth sauce can be traced to a 17th Century French cookbook. The two main ingredients in this iconic sauce are eggs and butter. However, during World War I, France’s butter production was interrupted, so butter had to be imported from Holland. The name was changed to hollandaise to indicate the source of the butter and was never changed back. Making this emulsified sauce has always required a good deal of culinary experience. Melissa’s pre-made Hollandaise is perfect for the novice chef. It contains only natural ingredients, tastes as good as homemade and comes in a convenient one-serving packet. Serve hot on vegetables, especially asparagus; it is also delicious on fish or eggs, like eggs benedict. You can learn more and get yours at Melissa's Produce We made lobster and crab eggs benedict, great for brunch. Sweet: Dessert saucesChefs everywhere are happily squeezing the sweet, rich flavors of Melissa’s Dessert Sauces into their best recipes. With flavors including Caramel, Chocolate, Raspberry, White Chocolate and new Cinnamon, you’ll find many uses for these delicious sauces. Drizzle over waffles, pancakes, and French toast for breakfast; top cake, ice cream, frozen yogurt, and crepes for decadent desserts; use to dip fruit into; and custom flavor plain yogurt for quick snacks. Melissa’s Dessert Sauces are sure to make your life easier and sweeter. You can learn more and get yours at Melissa's Produce We made churros with caramel sauce. If you are adventurous enough, you can even stuff the churros with the caramel. Spicy: Costa Azul Hot SauceIf you’re looking for a condiment with just the right spice, Melissa’s Costa Azul Hot Sauce is just what your food needs and your taste buds crave. The flavor profile is rich and smoky, with slightly sweet undertones. As a hot sauce that’s full flavor with a healthy amount of tang, we suggest you try it on nearly everything and use liberally. This hot sauce is made from the red jalapeño grown at the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja Peninsula, where the growing conditions and rich soil produce a uniquely flavorful pepper. The red jalapeño pepper is simply a green jalapeño that has been left on the vine to mature. During that ripening process, the jalapeño changes color from green to red. The additional ripening means more capsaicin has had time to develop in the pepper; which is what gives hot peppers their spiciness. The green jalapeño has a fresh, crisp taste, while a red jalapeño is sweeter with slightly more heat. We prepared a ceviche tostada and the Costa Azul hot sauce is prefect to add as the topping sauce.

The eggs look delicious, I normally do not make them because the sauce is difficult to make, so having it premade will be wonderful, need to order some
