Trying to have a healthier life style and eat better is not always easy. Mind setting is hard, but I have noticed that the hardest thing is to find products that taste good and are good for you. 

With all new research out there about the issues with GMOs and chemicals in your food, it is important to be able to find good products for everyday meals at home that are good for your family and chemicals free.

I was very happy when I got some coupons to try the Rumiano Organic Non-GMO cheese. It was good to find out that the cheese has a great flavor and it is creamy as we like it. My son could not tell he was eating a different kind of cheese, although he was happy when I told him it was Organic and GMO free.

We made some grilled cheese sandwich and the cheese melted right away. No difference in flavor or consistency. I know that products like this will help us continue changing our eating habits.
