Pumpkin Breakfast Pops

How about treating the kids for popsicles for breakfast this Halloween? Things have been so different this year, so I thought it would be nice to treat our kids to a different type of breakfast, but still a healthy one. Paletas for breakfast is always something we all dream of, and now you can let the family enjoy some. 

Ingredients

• ​1 cup plain yogurt
  
• 3 tablespoons sugar (can be replaced with honey)
  
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  
• 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

Preparation

1. Place yogurt into a bowl and mix well with sugar. If using honey then same process in place of the sugar. 
2. In another bowl add cinnamon and pumpkin and stir well. 
3. In a popsicle mold layer in yogurt then pumpkin then more yogurt and more pumpkin. 
4. Freeze overnight.
   
5. Once frozen light run the pop under warm water to remove mold. 

Tip: Although I called them breakfast pops, this is a treat you can enjoy any time of the day. And if you want to make an adult version, you can always add some Baileys or Khalua to it.
