The first time I had them was at a party, but then I realized I could eat them just a side dish at home and since then this has become one of our family favorites. The best part is that it is low carb (perfect for Keto) and very easy to prepare.
This recipe works best with thick asparagus spears, but if you cannot find those, the thin ones work as well. These are also a great appetizer to serve for special occasions such as Mother's Day.
