One of the most anticipated sequels of the year is finally here. We were invited to watch a screening and even though we were really tired after a long day of traveling, we were wide awake during the movie.

Johnny Depp returns to the big screen as the iconic, swashbuckling anti-hero Jack Sparrow in the all-new “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales,” a rip-roaring adventure that finds down-on-his-luck Captain Jack feeling the winds of ill-fortune blowing strongly his way when deadly ghost sailors, led by the terrifying Captain Salazar, escape from the Devil's Triangle bent on killing every pirate at sea—notably Jack

Did we like it?

Yes we did. Is it better than the previous four? Probably not, but it is a great action movie and it is Johnny Depp, so that is enough for me. He is pretty funny playing Jack, with the same dark humor that we all love.
Is it for little kids? Probably not, but you know your kids and you know if they would be able to take it.
The CGI technology used at the movie is amazing. I really felt like part of the movie, so I would advice you to see it on 3D.
Acting is not going to win the actors any Oscars, but I predict the movie making a lot of money, because the franchise is awesome and it is Disney after all.
My advice, get your tickets and head to the theaters to see it soon.
