It was a beautiful Sunday morning and the perfect reason to get together with some blogger friends. We were invited to try the delicious food at KayNDaves for brunch. I got there hungry because I had heard great things about the place and I am glad I did, because the foods and drinks were delicious.
We sat by the fire and along awesome conversation we started with some delicious drinks
While we were catching up on blogging trends, events and family, the awesome servers got there with an appetizer platter that was amazing
Although the appetizers were just small samples of their full menu I was feeling full, but the best part was still to come. I am glad we had water and laughs to help the food go down and make room for the entree plates.
And when I thought it was impossible to have any more food on me, they came with the most amazing plate with desserts and you know I had to at least try them, so I did.
They have been opened since 1991 and serve amazing Mexican food. Their ingredients are fresh and they made their sauces daily. Their chef Alejo Grijalva and his two brothers run the kitchens. They grew up in Oaxaca and they get their cooking inspiration from their grandma.
