The best way to spend a Sunday morning during the hot summer in Southern California is to enjoy some yummy burgers and some delicious shakes. As usual during the month of September during #ShakeMonth, Johnny Rockets announces their new shake flavor that is available at some locations.
This year, we were part of the announcement during a very fun event that included food, shakes and fun games. We also learnt how to make two or their famous shakes. One of them, a personal favorite, the Reese's Peanut Butter Shake and the new addition, the Goosebumps shake.
Reese's Peanut Butter Shake.
This could be one of my favorite shakes ever. After all I love peanut butter. Did you know that Johnny Rockets uses their own premium ice cream? No wonder their shakers are so good. And for those with peanuts allergies I have good news. Johnny Rockets uses an exclusive blender for the shakes that have peanuts so there is no cross-contamination and risk of allergies.
GooseBumps Shake
The Goosebumps Shake will be available starting September 21st and its name comes from a partnership with Sony Pictures to commemorate the release of the Goosebumps movie, starring Jack Black.
Would you like to learn how to make the GooseBumps shake at home? You are lucky today, because I have the recipe for you.
If you think this is shake you are going to love, head over to Johnny Rockets soon, because this shake will be only available for 7 weeks.
