The National Coffee Park (Parque Nacional del Café) is a theme park located in the department of Quindío, Colombia. Think a Latino form of Disneyland with thrill rides, shows and specialty foods.
This park receives more or less 500,000 travelers each year. It is a tourist destination due to the ecological zones and recreational areas.
The National Coffee Park is a theme park located in Colombia, around 3 kilometers from Montenegro, a municipality in the Department of Quindío, and only 12 kilometers from Armenia, the capital of this department located in the coffee region.
At the entrance of the park, is an impressive viewpoint with 22 meters in height which welcomes tourists who come to this place of culture and coffee. You can also enjoy the different ways of transportation up and down the park such as the cable-way and the sky-chairs.
The park has an Adventure Zone where you can enjoy most of the park's amusement rides and games. There are around 19 mechanical attractions including La Broca, the largest roller coaster in Latin America.
There are also 15 themed attractions such as El Lago de las Fábulas, honoring author of Rafael Pombo and 2 very special family shows. All these attractions are based on the fun, architecture, gastronomy, history and cultural past of the coffee region.
The Coffee Park (Parque del Café) offers visitors fun and entertainment through the coffee culture, revealing the importance of coffee and the coffee industry in the economic development of the country, in an environment of nature, with innovative, reliable and safe cultural attractions.
The National Coffee Park is home to trees, plants, coffee plantations and about 4000 animal species besides the mechanical attractions and cultural shows. It is a place that both kids and adults will enjoy.

What a beautiful place. I think it is better than Disneyland. Disney does not have all that green and fresh air

What a fun place to visit while in Colombia. My good friend goes to visit family and friends in Colombia a few times a year. I am not sure if she has ever been here. Looks like a ton of fun though!

I never heard of a coffee park before although it does sound fun. I really love all the different places you show here. Those buckets that take you across that pond is very beautiful. And the coasters look like a lot of fun.

This looks like an incredible park. I will have to ask my daughter's best friend who is from Colombia if she has ever been.
