My Fit Foods: Healthy prepared meals can help you achieve your weight loss goals.
I received complementary products to facilitate this review, however all opinions expressed are my own
I heard about My Fit Foods from a friend and I was very interested on trying meals that will help you with your weight loss goals with fresh, never frozen, already prepared meals. It is like dinning out, you only need a microwave, no food preparation included.
The idea of My Fit Foods came from Mario Mendias, a former Marine and personal trainer. He started My Fit Foods in Houston. He believes that 80% of health and fitness results are created on the kitchen. The fuel that you put on your body. To solve this problem Mendias began making meals in his apartment and selling the foods to his clients and that is how My Fit Foods was born.
All My Fit Foods are natural/non-processed ingredients, lean meats, they all have “good” carbohydrates, healthy fats, they all include a great variety of fruits and vegetables and they have no preservatives. 90% of their meals are gluten-free, the meals are set up using low on the Glycemic Index (GI). With the plan you eat 3 meals and two snacks a day (so you are never hungry) and you are allowed 1 cheat meal a week. (all in moderation off course).
When you visit My Fit Foods you can meet up with a health coach who gives you information about the program, and can set up a meal plan for you based on your likes, dislikes any allergies and your goals.
You can purchase individual microwavable meals in the store and even eat them there, or sign up for the 21-day challenge.
The foods available are very yummy and they come in microwavable containers that are reusable, so in the future you can pack your own meals if you want to.

Se ve deliciosa, y muy saludable porque sus ingredientes son naturales, y que bueno que podemos reutilizar el recipiente donde viene. Buen dato! Gracias por compartirlo!
