I know I can do it, I know I can. I keep telling myself I have to do so many things and I am not sure if it is because I am trying to accomplish so many things at once, that I keep missing some of my goals.
So, let's put the breaks on, slow down and plan again. What I have learned. I need a calendar. A planner and journal so I can really keep track of everything and really see what I can accomplish during my free time. Working full time outside home does not make it easy. I am usually at work by 6 am and I get back home by 5. I still have to do chores, help my son with homework and do more chores. Ah, and let's not forget about other types of homework. I think that because I have been trying to accomplish so much I have not been paying attention to important things such as good sleep and hydration. And then the migraines come. One of the things I did not do last week was reaching out to you on twitter. And I will try again this week, because I do need the push. I did walk, YAY for me! but I still need to get back on track with my routines. I got the planner, now I just have to use it. So next week I will let you know how was it...

Even when pushing full steam-ahead I think planning helps me stay on target. This week I am trying to slow-down a bit and get back into a better groove. I hope you find yours this week and everything falls into place for you!!

Planning is very important in reaching your goals. If you haven't read the book Push by Chalene Johnson, it's a great one to get you to your goals.

You can totally do this. Planners are awesome. I can't use them, but I use my phone and lots of alarms. LOL

I live and breathe by my day timer. The balance is so hard to maintain but it is doable! You can do it!
