I know I can do it, I know I can. I keep telling myself I have to do so many things and I am not sure if it is because I am trying to accomplish so many things at once, that I keep missing some of my goals.
So, let's put the breaks on, slow down and plan again.
What I have learned. I need a calendar. A planner and journal so I can really keep track of everything and really see what I can accomplish during my free time.
Working full time outside home does not make it easy. I am usually at work by 6 am and I get back home by 5. I still have to do chores, help my son with homework and do more chores. Ah, and let's not forget about other types of homework.
I think that because I have been trying to accomplish so much I have not been paying attention to important things such as good sleep and hydration. And then the migraines come.
One of the things I did not do last week was reaching out to you on twitter. And I will try again this week, because I do need the push. I did walk, YAY for me! but I still need to get back on track with my routines.
I got the planner, now I just have to use it. So next week I will let you know how was it...
