Disney continues with the live-action remakes. This time is a classic animated movie, but you will not head to theaters to watch it. “Lady and the Tramp” will only be available on Disney+, the new digital streaming platform launching November 12. About the movieAn upper-middle-class American cocker spaniel named Lady and a street-smart, stray schnauzer called Tramp embark on many adventures. Watch a trailerDid we like it?The “Lady and the Tramp” remake follows the exact story of the animated version with just a few differences on the plot. It is a well-made, heartwarming family film that kids of all ages are going to enjoy. Something that is notorious during the film is the racial diversity of the cast. However the characters do not feel fake and the color of their skin does not change the story line. I am so glad they kept the famous spaghetti dinner scene, the movie seems more real because of that. As with the Lion King I am not completely sold on look alike animals moving their mouths when speaking, but I guess you just have to remember that everything is possible in the movies. I hope the movie portrait of the animal shelters will increase pet adoptions for those that are really ready to get a new family member. Yvette Nicole Brown and Adrian Martinez steal the show as the villains of the movie for sure
