You probably have seen all the buzz about the Ketogenic Diet, it has been all over the news and most and most people are following the plan. I first learned about if from a friend that lost a lot of weight. Then I started researching it and found out all the benefits for your health. It is not only for weight loss. It helps with inflamation and other diseases as well.
I decided then to jump on the wagon and I am happy to report the weight is coming off and I feel great with a lot of energy and mental clarity. Besides meal planning and making sure you read labels and buy foods that are on the approved Keto list, you also want to add some essentials to your kitchen.
Here it is a list I put together with the Keto Kitchen Essentials I cannot live without.

You need an Instapot even if you are not on Keto. It makes cooking just so much easier and everything is done super fast. Think spaghetti squash, chicken, veggies in just less than 30 minutes.
I have both an Instapot and a crock-pot but I guess you might only need one if space and money are thigh. I like the crock-pot for soups the most.
Zoodles anyone? You can use the spiralizer for almost any vegetable, but I use it mostly for zucchini to make noodles and eat instead of past.
This is essential for a good bulletproof cofffee or butter coffee. It makes the butter and oils mix with the coffee and it gets the forth consistency that you are going to love.
Muffin tin or molds
Eggs muffins anyone? I also make some tuna melts and keto zucchini muffins in here. I like the silicone ones better.
I guess you could use a food processor to get broccoli and cauliflower into veggie rice, but since I blend so many things to marinade meats and chicken I love my Vitamix blender.
Nonstick frying pan
Think scramble eggs, sunny side eggs and bacon. You are going to need this pan to fry so many foods. I love this brand because it is really nonstick and affordable. Cleaning is easy too, just make sure not to scratch the pan with metal. I only use wooden utensils.
You want to make cauliflower pizza crust and also cheese crisps to replace nachos, You are going to bake and you are going to love the silicone baking mats.
