AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR opens in theaters everywhere on April 27th! 

F​rom Marvel Studios comes the eagerly anticipated “Avengers: Infinity War,” the third installment in the “Avengers” franchise and 19th Marvel Studios film to date. The release also marks the 10-year anniversary of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which began with the release of “Iron Man” in 2008. 

When you get the invite for a press junket with attendance by so many great actors, you make it happen. You reschedule your day, you get a baby sitter, you just go. Imagine being in the room with

So as far as the movie goes, we learnt nothing at this junket. As a matter of fact we had not seen the movie at the moment we were able to ask the cast questions. Some questions were avoided and topic was changed and the only common denominator is that they actors have not seen the final film either and that they all talked about not knowing the final script for the movie.

​However we laughed a lot during the junket. The Grandmaster itself (Jeff Goldblum) was the moderator for the "bingo" style ballot to select the recipient of the questions. We learned that they like bass fishing and even laughed about fashion questions, but there were not spoilers or comments about the movie at all!

Interesting facts about Avengers Infinity War (from the production notes)

• “Avengers: Infinity War” has been 10 years in the making, and putting together the greatest ensemble of Super Hero characters was the job of directors Anthony and Joe Russo, who were tapped by Kevin Feige to helm the studios’ biggest film to date
• “The story of ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ is the result of everything we’ve ever done to this point,” adds Kevin Feige. “It is the unprecedented culmination of a series of storylines interlinked together, which had never been done before.”
  
• For fans around the world, one of the most anticipated aspects of “Avengers: Infinity War” is the inclusion of “The Guardians of the Galaxy” characters in the film. For Chris Pratt, it was very clear from very early on what the world wanted to see. “Marvel is doing something the fans have wanted from day one,” says Pratt. “It is happening and it’s really exciting for the fans, but also on a personal level for me. What an honor to be invited to this table. It feels really good, and I was so grateful for the opportunity.” 
  
• “Audiences are going to see a new dimension of their heroes in this film,” says Anthony Russo. “One that deals with challenges in ways that they haven’t had to in the past and one that deals with consequences that they haven’t had in the past. The takeaway is going to be, ‘Wow, Super Heroes are people too.’ I also hope that we have brought an even more human expression of these characters to the table, and I hope that audiences feel that.”
  

Yesterday at the #infinitywar junket we laughed so much. We enjoyed the time with the amazing cast, however we learnt nothing about the movie. Avenger Infinity War Toys

During the junket we also got to see some of the new merchandise that is going to be available at stores. I want them all. Since I can't have them all, then I would just take a few items such as the Iron Man coffee maker, the Black Panther motorcycle helmet and the Infinity Gauntlet
