IdealShape: Keeps you full between meals

For us, summer breaks means traveling and visiting new places. This also means eating on the road and trying out need foods and snacking on yummy treats. Although we do walk a lot and stay active it is easy to gain some weight from all the unhealthy eating.

So when I got the IdealShape shakes to review, I was very happy that I was going to be able to have meal replacements that taste good and also keep me full between meals. 

Compared to other shakes I had before, I can tell you that the flavor of IdealShape is actually good. It blends easy with the milk with no blender needed. I am just using the blender bottle and it works great. No powder chunks, so that is a good thing.

Although I am not a chocolate lover, I did enjoyed the Chocolote Cream Pie, because it tastes like dessert. I added bananas to that flavor and it was even better.

For the Orange Cream flavor I added berries and it tasted like a summer drink. (Note that when I add the fruit I do need to use the blender to mix the fruits).
