Holidays are here with yummy foods and temptations every where. Hot chocolate, cookies, eggnog, turkey, tamales, and off course traditional Colombian food such as natilla.
I got sick a couple of weeks ago, and had pneumonia. Thad made me stop walking and being active and I feel I need a push during the holidays to stay active and eat healthy. I feel I need an accountability group and incentive to make sure I do not gain any weight during the holidays.
So I have decided to join the Holiday Sweat Challenge and the good news is that you can join it too.
