We attended the event as guest of Universal Studios. All opinions, grammatical errors and typos are my own.
It’s time to grab the family and head over to enjoy Universal Studios Hollywood’s Lunar New Year Celebration. You can enjoy the rides and also visit Universal Plaza where you can find Lunar New Year merchandise, food offerings, and even some shows. The event is happening until February 9th.
The Food
At the open only during the event food kiosk, Mr. Ping’s Noodle Shop you can enjoy some delicious ramen and pho dishes. Take a look at all the offerings:
This year we decided to try the pork ramen, the asian sausage on a stick and the dumplings, they were all really good. I really recommend the ramen, it is so delicious. They also have vegetarian options in the menu.
The Character Meet Ups
So many unique character meet ups during the celebration. You can still meet some of the regulars such as Shrek and the Trolls, but unique to the celebration are:

Oh wow it sounds like they have some amazing things going on for Lunar New Year, I would love to try some of the food - it all looks delicious.

I had no idea they had a big celebration for it there, but I love it. Now I want to go there next year for Lunar NY!

I haven't had the opportunity to go to Universal studios yet. I'm hoping that I get the opportunity to go with my youngest before he graduates from high school. But that may not be possible.
