Guide to the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival 2018

You have until April 12, 2018 to visit Disney California Adventure and try all the delicious foods available at the Wine and Food Festival. If you are a pass-holder make sure to grab a lanyard with the coupons that will save you some money while you eat your way through the park.

At the Wine and Food Festival you get to enjoy the best of Californian cuisine at more than a dozen marketplaces located throughout Disney California Adventure park. ​Let me show you our favorites:

​Peppers Cali-Ente

Food:​

• Verlasso™ Sustainable Salmon Peruvian Poke with a Cucumber-Lime Salad and Aju Verde Salsa: No doubt it was my favorite, the verde salsa was a great touch for the salmon. If you like Poke you are going to love this bowl.

Beverages:

• Lime Margarita with Jalapeño Garnish: I love Margaritas and this one does not disappoint.
• Watermelon Lemonade (non-alcoholic), with optional Habanero Sugar & Chili-Lime Half-Rim: very refreshing, I recommend choosing the Chili-Lime rim.

Food:

• Strawberry & Coconut Rice “Frushi” with Sweet Oikos® Greek Nonfat Yogurt Wasabi Sauce: It was a good sweet treat

Beverages:

• Strawberry Frosé: Delicious and refreshing.
• Strawberry Pineapple Float with Strawberry Popping Pearls (non-alcoholic): a great treat for both adults and kids

Food:

• Avocado & Pepper Jack Petite Guacamole Burger: it is really good, but I have to warn you, it is cooked medium rare, so if you like you meat well done this is not for you.

​Citrus Grove

Food:

• Crispy Orange Chicken & Rice with Garlic Cracker: I have to say this one was interesting. It is the chicken skin, so when you tried it is really crunchy. I thought they gave me the pork one because it actually tasted like pork. But it is good.
• Meyer Lemon Macaron: although I normally do not like lemon sweets, I have to say I really liked this one

Food:

• Grilled Harris Ranch Beef Tenderloin Slider with Chimichurri Sauce: this was a really good slider and the chimichurri is just prefect for the meat

Beverages:

• Orange-Vanilla Cream Float with Whipped Cream (non-alcoholic): If you like floats, you are going to love this. The cake with the ice-cream was really good.

Food:

• Shrimp Boil Tacos with Andouille Sausage and Fresh Corn: You might say I like sea food because after the poke bowl this is my second favorite item. A must have.

Beverages:

• Popcorn Lemonade with Whipped Cream and Candy Corn Garnish (non-alcoholic): I was not sure about the taste at the beginning but after a few sips I ended liking it a lot.
