May is my birthday month and it is also a month where foodies in the LA area will be able to enjoy the best offerings from top bars, hotels, markets, cafes and restaurants during hundreds of events. That means get your bellies ready to eat and drink and celebrate my birthday!
Imagine 31 days of foodie events. You read that right, 31 days. So many to choose from, here are some of the highlights of the FOOD BOWL:
Mother's Day celebration: …A TUTTA PIZZA!
You can celebrate your mom during the The FOOD BOWL cultural event on Sunday, May 13th at Hollywood Palladium. Neapolitan pizza earned UNESCO Intangible Heritage cultural status. Pizza Fest will showcase pizza vendors, cooking workshops hosted by Authentic Italian Table, food talks, craft beer and music. The event's line-up of guest will include Daniele Uditi (Pizzana), Nancy Silverton (Mozza), Tony Gemignani (12 time world pizza champion), Phil Rosenthal (producer, "Somebody Feed Phil," Netflix), Enzo Coccia (Pizzaria La Notizia in Naples, Italy), Zach Pollack (Cosa Buona), Colman Andrews(The Daily Mean), Los Angeles Times restaurant critic Jonathan Gold and Los Angeles Times Deputy Food Editor Jen Harris.

I was looking for a place to go for brunch on Mother's Day because we do not want to do the same old thing. This sounds super cool
