E.T. The Extraterrestrial at the Hollywood Bowl

Finding great Labor Day weekend activities to spend quality family time sometimes it is not easy. That is why I am so happy we were able to attend the concert at the Hollywood Bowl because it was not only fun, but also the perfect way to spend Saturday night.

I really believe that if you are in Los Angeles are, you should visit the Hollywood Bowl at least once in your life. You get to listen to Los Angeles Philharmonic and also you get to watch a movie on the big screen. It is a cultural fun experience for everyone in the family. Both kids and adults will enjoy it. Mostly when you get to see a classic such as E.T The ExtraTerrestrial. 

We got early to the venue, because we wanted to have a picnic. One great thing about the Hollywood Bowl is that you can take food and drinks, and you can eat before or during the show. You can even take alcohol, and if you ares still hungry you can buy food from the restaurants there. They even have sushi.

Once it gets darker and the movie is going to start, get comfy on your seats. We had our candy and snacks ready. You know you have to have some Reese's while watching E.T., so we had some of those too.

The Hollywood Bowl has shows for every taste. They even have music concerts with very famous artists. You can take pictures with your phone and cameras are not always allowed, but as E.T. said as he points to Elliot's head... your memories will be always in your mind.
