Does your family need a Chevy Tahoe Suburban?

If you are in the market for a new car, you should consider getting a Chevy Suburban. There are so many things we loved about the car. The safety features and space were my favorites, but there are so many other things that makes this a great family vehicle.

We are a family of three so most people would assume we only need a small vehicle. However, with two big dogs, a home-schooled son and family visiting from Colombia, we sure need a bigger vehicle most times.

We were lucky to be able to test drive the 2019 Chevrolet Suburban for a week, and here are our thoughts. I am not a car expert so I am going to talk about the cool and safety features. 

After only having the car for a week, we decided that any family should consider buying a Chevrolet Tahoe Suburban and here is why

1. Safety features

I am used to sharing the road with very aggressive drivers that want to arrive to their destination fast, but normally get stuck in our very busy freeways here in California. Having a vehicle with great safety features is very important for me.

2. Cool features

The center console has a nice design and is easily accessible, that way I can keep my eyes on the road. I loved the fact that it tells me the road speed limit. Phone chargers and space for your coffee mug as well.

​This car delivers a reliably fun driving experience. It is bigger than other SUVs on the road, but still comfortable to drive and it seats seven passengers and offered ample storage space for my family’s luggage or groceries.  It is hard to park but with time you get used to the big size.

Although it is huge car, the gas mileage was not terrible. It gave us 2 miles per gallon on the freeway, that was actually really good for a car this big.

There was enough space for car seats too. It offers truck utility, SUV versatility and the kind of refinements you’d expect in a luxury car.
