Day of Beauty at Universal CityWalk

Sometimes you just need a day of beauty and cute soap shopping to make you smile. I have been stressed out for a few days and today I felt so great and relaxed that as I write this, I still have a smile on my face.

I was invited to cover the media event for the Day of Beauty at Universal CityWalk however all opinions expressed are my own.

​Universal CityWalk’s bold revitalization introduces two new must visit make-up and skin care destinations: Sephora & Nectar Bath Treats.

Sephora
The new 6,269 square foot store offers a paradise of endless beauty options and services. Experience store perks such as IQ Services, Mini Makeover, and the Skincare Studio featuring the new PERK Hydrating Facial (free with a $75 purchase)

You can find at Sephora your favorite make-up and skin treatment needs. They offer complementary mini-makeovers, complementary mini-facials and they help you find the right color of foundation. You can schedule appointments only for both free services and also for paid ones (those might be free with a minimum amount purchased).

​Nectar Bath Treats
A unique and captivating experience, Nectar Bath Treats creates bakery-inspired products that look good enough to eat.  Sample handmade soaps, scrubs and bath treats along with special product and fragrance bar demonstrations.

Here you will find the cutest soaps all handmade with natural ingredients. Perfect for gifts, bachelorette parties and even baby showers. You can design your own fragrance butter cream. Their scrubs would work wonders on your hands and feet

I will be returning to CityWalk LA soon with my friends. Lunch, a movie and some make up and beauty products shopping are on my near future. I cannot wait to plan that fun afternoon.
