Copycat Dodger Stadium Carne Asada Fries

Not even social distancing is going to keep sport fans from enjoying the stadium spirit. You can get creative and have safe at home ways to celebrate your teams. Just imagine having driveway tailgates, homemade stadium snacks and cheering from the "couch section". You can root for the home team from home!

In order to show how we are rooting for our home team (The Dodgers) we are creating a copycat recipe of one of our favorite snacks at the stadium: The Carne Asada Fries!

We got our ingredients at Smart & Final. Shopping at Smart & Final guarantees we get fresh ingredients and also we save a lot money because we get great prices without the need of any membership.

Dodger Stadium Carne Asada Fries copycat recipe

Ingredients

• 1 bag frozen french fries
• 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
• 1 lb. steak 
• Meat seasoning
• Vegetable Oil Spray
• ​Chopped onions, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers and sour cream

Preparation

1. Prepare the fries: Arrange potatoes on a broiler pan and sprinkle with olive oil. Broil both for 20 to 25 minutes
2.  Prepare the meat: Spray a broiler pan with vegetable oil spray. In a container, sprinkle the meat seasoning over the meat. Let it marinade for 15-20 minutes. Place the steaks on one side of the rack of the broiler pan and cook until your desire raw level. Cut in stripes. 
3.  In a small bowl or plate serve steak over the potatoes.
4. Garnish with chopped onions, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers and sour cream.
