Día del Niño (Day of Child) is a celebration that I grew up with. As a parent I want to teach my son to be a responsible adult, and this includes to learn to do some chores and have discipline. One of the things I want my son to learn is how to cook.

Cooking with kids does not have to be difficult. There is so many recipes kids can prepare. There are a few that require parent supervision due to the use of the stove or knives but if you teach them young, they will learn quick to use all the tools and also to be safe in the kitchen.
My son loves tacos so I wanted to teach him how to make tacos. They are easy to make and the best part is that if you prepare some of the ingredients before hand, the kids can put them together on their own later one. Ingredients
