Although we have pumpkins in Colombia we do not have a lot of pumpkin recipes and we do not eat it as much as here in the US. I like some foods with pumpkin but not all of them. The first time I tried pumpkin roll I felt in love with it and since then it is one of my favorite recipes to make during Fall season.

Hard to believe that Halloween is almost here. Temperatures are lowering and it is starting to feel like my favorite Holiday. Give me all things Halloween please. We are going to be attending for the first time this year a very cool event at Calabasas.
