We stayed as media in the hotel, but all opinions are our own.
It has been a while since we have been at Disneyland and this time around my son wanted to do rope drop and stay to park closing. I knew I was going to be really tired to drive home, so we decided to spend the night.
I do not know about you, but when I visit theme parks and I am looking for hotels, I am always looking for affordable clean places to stay at. We do not really stay in the room that much, so all we need is a comfortable bed, clean hotel, and a nice shower. Walking distance to the parks is also a necessity because I do not want to have to pay for parking at the parks.
This year, I was part of hotel tours with GET AWAY TODAY and one of the hotels we visited was Castle Inn and Suites. I knew after touring the hotel that I wanted to stay there. It is cool looking from the outside (hey, it looks like a castle), but although not a luxury hotel, it was clean, with spacious rooms and just walking distance to the parks main entrance.
We stayed at the Executive Suite, which is a one-room suite, very spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It features two queen beds in the bedroom area and a sofa bed in the living space.
The room also had a microwave, mini fridge, bathtub, a shower, and a desk. A hot shower feels so good after a day of walking at the parks. Then you get on a comfy bed and watch some TV on their plasma TV set. It was really what we needed for the night.
The hotel staff was warm and accommodating, and they pay attention to details to make you feel at home.
Castle Inn & Suites is a Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotel in Anaheim, short walk to Disneyland Disney California Adventure and they offer WiFi and parking for free, which is weird in most hotels in the area.
If you are visiting Disneyland Resort, you should consider Castle Inn & Suites for your stay. You won't regret it
