I love eating at Disneyland. However I usually eat inside the parks. So for a change I joined a group of bloggers for brunch at DownTown Disney and I am so happy I did. You still get to enjoy the magic of Disney, shop and do all the pixie-dust activities but you also get awesome food and are you ready for this? You get bottomless mimosas!
Tortilla Jo’s brunch is served Saturday and Sunday 9:00AM – Noon. And on the menu you can start with Chips and Salsas. The salsas rank form mild to spicy. Off course you can also choose the start with bottomless mimosas or a margarita (or two, or three, but who is counting anyways?)
Then you can continue with fruit and the Apple Spring Salad (Julienned Gala Apples, Jicama, Mango, Watermelon Radish, Watercress, Toasted Marcona Almonds, Oatmeal, Dried Blueberries, Vanilla Yogurt Dressing). The salad was so delicious.
If that was not enough they brought us some Huevos Rancheros (Corn tortilla, Refried Beans, two Sunny Side Up Eggs, Salsa Ranchera, Cotija Cheese, served with Papas a la Mexicana). Totally worth the extra calories.
The Cinnamon French Toast (Brioche, Cinnamon, Candied Walnuts, Cajeta Syrup, Horchata Whipped Cream) was almost dessert, but still considered part of the main course. It was great to splurge on something so tasteful
To end the main courses we got Machaca con Huevos Chile Relleno (Shredded Beef and Egg stuffed Poblano Chile, Smoked Tomato Salsa, served with Mexican Rice and Refried Beans). I have never been a fan of chile rellenos, however the combination of the eggs and the chile was actually really good.
We ended our morning with dessert. Mini Apple Chimichangas and Mini Churros . I need to walk all those calories now, but believe me you will not regret a bite.
Everything was great. The service was outstanding and I am certain my family and I will be visiting again pretty soon.

Wow, I'm drooling just looking at these food varieties..The Cinnamon French Toast would be my favorite just because I've been to Orlando once, and I have yet to visit Disney. Hmmm..maybe I should have cheatday earlier this week
